Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Cost: free shipping on every order.

Processing: orders ship from our US warehouse within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: usually 5–12 business days after your order ships.

Your free year of GasApp comes with every reader. It's emailed as soon as your order is paid, so you can set up the app before the reader arrives. If you order before GasApp is on the App Store, it's emailed on launch day.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages: if your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or the package arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Wrong address: contact us right away. We can change the address until the order ships.
